An established and growing Farmers Insurance agency is seeking a licensed CSR (Customer Service Representative) with strong client service and sales skills. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients, reviewing coverage, and identifying opportunities to better protect households and small businesses.

Position Overview

The CSR will service existing clients, conduct coverage reviews, cross-sell additional policies, and assist with new business. We are looking for a dependable, licensed professional who takes pride in building long-term client relationships and contributing to agency growth.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Active California Property & Casualty license (Preferred)

• Prior insurance agency experience preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable with both service and sales responsibilities

Provide excellent service to existing clients (policy changes, billing, endorsements, certificates, etc.)

• Conduct coverage reviews and recommend appropriate protection

• Cross-sell and round out accounts (auto, home, umbrella, life, and small commercial)

• Follow up on renewals and service opportunities

• Maintain accurate notes and documentation in agency systems

• Work closely with the team to meet retention and growth goals
