Our high-performing, fast-paced agency is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is fluent in Spanish and English, licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C), and ready to hit the ground running.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English – must be fluent in both
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (P&C)
• Previous insurance experience required
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-moving environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

• Provide outstanding customer service and support to existing clients
• Assist with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims follow-ups
• Conduct Farmers Friendly Reviews to ensure client policies are accurate and up to date
• Cross-sell and upsell products when appropriate
• Work closely with agents and team members to ensure client satisfaction
