• Fluency in both Korean and English (verbal and written).

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Korean to assist clients with inquiries, claims, and policy updates.
• Conduct Farmers Friendly Reviews at each renewal to ensure accurate coverage and verify eligible discounts.
• Manage client accounts, including updates to policies, billing questions, and document processing.
• Support agency growth by identifying opportunities to cross-sell insurance products and services.
• Maintain client records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
