Property and Casualty license preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
• A college degree is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-sufficient and able to work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).

• Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.
