• Experience in customer service is strongly preferred
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and be coachable.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is a MUST
• A property & Casualty insurance license is preferred or willing to be licensed
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office software products

• Maintenance and Servicing of insurance policies
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Return all phone messages promptly.
• Processing insurance payments
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain high client retention and product loyalty.
• Provides ongoing support to insurance clients as needed.
