CPCU and CIC Preferred. Valid Drivers License
Bachelors Degree or a minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CPCU and CIC preferred. Contributes to agency growth by upgrading, rounding and maintaining existing business that is consistent with the agencys standards for acceptable business.
Services an assigned book of existing Salem Five Insurance Services LLC (SF Insurance Services) customers by addressing all of their insurance and risk management needs.
Provides above average quality service and assistance to all new and existing clients.
Follow standardized departmental procedures to include but not limited to, all renewals, on-going service and new business submissions.
Identifies markets that will assist the unit in new business placements.
Places insurance contracts with insurance carriers.
Work with producers on new business Include marketing, quoting and proposal preparation. Offer suggestions including coverage, limits and other risk management related topics.
Reviews all insurance policies for accuracy. After billing has been completed by department administrative assistant communicate with client regarding renewal changes via written cover letter.
Maintains a high sensitivity level for error ratio and omissions regarding account service.
Demonstrates compliance with banking business laws and regulations as defined in company policies and procedures pertinent to the position.
Attend weekly department meetings prepared to review and discuss new business, lost business, renewals deemed at risk, quotes in progress and any issues relevant to insurance carriers or clients.
Regular attendance is essential to this position.
