About the Role
As our Client Service Representative, you are the first impression of our agency. You’ll be the friendly, professional voice answering incoming calls and welcoming walk-in clients. Your goal is simple: deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.
You will play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly while supporting the agency owner, office manager, and producers.
What You’ll Do
Answer incoming calls and assist clients with professionalism and care
Identify customer needs and connect them with the right team member
Learn and understand Farmers Insurance products and services
Provide administrative support to the agency team
Process invoicing and billing
Maintain accurate records and organized files
Help create a welcoming, professional office environment
Show empathy and compassion when assisting clients
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and organizational skills
A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, small-office setting
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Professional, positive attitude with a service mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft 365
Ability to pass the California Property & Casualty exam (we will help you prepare!) Background check will be conducted
Prior experience in an insurance office is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to grow.
