In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with our current and prospective clients in providing service in a variety of avenues. No previous experience is necessary, Our agency is specifically looking for an individual that is bilingual in English and Spanish. They must have good telephone etiquette, computer skills, excellent grammar and spelling skills. We need someone who is savvy with problem solving and coachable. State Insurance licensing is required but our agency will sponsor the initial fees for licensing, classroom studies and fingerprinting. This role will provide future opportunities for advancement.

Salary Range: $13.00 per hour

Mon-Fri Schedule

The candidate will be expected to complete the State Licensing study material in 2 weeks of hire date, participate in a 2 and 1/2 day online study preparation class then immediately sit for the exam at an authorized local business who will administer the exam. Study material will be provided to pass the State Insurance Licensing exam. This opportunity is predicated on the candidate passing the State Licensing exam. Further Continued Education requirements of 24 hours will be required to maintain your State Insurance License during your employment with our agency. This includes 24 hours of continued Education.

Initial responsibilities include, studying and passing the State Insurance Licensing exam requirements. After completion you will participate in class room training for 2 weeks.. Immediately following, you will have inhouse training at our agency to mold you to our standard of expected service.
