Salary Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a customer service role, with prior experience in the insurance industry preferred.- Currently Carry a 4-40 License (or comparable)
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to prioritize client satisfaction and experience.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and effectively resolve client issues.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate well with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of customer service representatives to deliver exemplary service to our clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall client experience and ensure satisfaction.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly, providing solutions and addressing concerns with professionalism while assisting the agents
- Conduct regular training sessions for team members to keep them informed of industry best practices and company policies.
- Monitor and assess customer feedback to ensure continual improvement in service delivery.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on customer service performance and recommend areas for improvement.
