Your base salary will start at $42,000 and first-year commissions are expected to be around $5,000-$10,000

Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $45,000 and our top earners made $7,000-$20,000 in commission last year.

Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

• Licensing: A valid Florida Property & Casualty License is required. 220 or 440 (Or comparable)
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries.

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to enhance clients' insurance portfolios.
• Establish and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
