Ryder Rosacker McCue & Huston Insurance Agency is a locally owned Independent Insurance Agency located in Grand Island, Nebraska. We are growing, and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to add a full-time position to our department that specializes in Life & Health insurance products. This position will support our sales staff and provide service to customers. Insurance industry knowledge and experience is not required but would be beneficial.

Salary Range: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Insurance experience not required but must be able to obtain Nebraska Life & Health insurance license.

Provide ongoing service and support to foster strong relationships with our customers and maintain a high level of client retention and loyalty.

Submit and follow up on customer changes and requests.

Maintain follow-up on activities with insurance carriers to ensure accurate and timely resolution.

Review policies and documents for accuracy.

Maintain accurate customer database.

Assist sales staff with marketing efforts.
