Our Farmers Insurance Agency is searching for a driven, positive, and people-focused Customer Service Representative who wants more than just a job. We want someone who enjoys helping others, building relationships, and being part of a team that genuinely cares about its customers and each other.

Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Licensing
Candidates must have or be willing to obtain:
- Michigan Property & Casualty License
- Michigan Life & Health License

Responsibilities
In This Role, You’ll:
- Help customers with billing questions, policy updates, payments, claims support, and coverage reviews
- Create a welcoming and professional experience for every client interaction
- Follow up with customers to strengthen relationships and provide ongoing support
- Partner with our sales team to ensure customers are fully protected
- Build relationships with local real estate agents, lenders, title companies, and community partners
- Help identify additional ways to protect customers through insurance solutions that fit their needs
- Keep customer information organized and accurate
- Be part of a fast-moving, team-oriented environment where every day is different
