Our growing Farmers Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is much more than answering phones — you’ll play a key role in protecting our customers, supporting our sales team, and creating an exceptional client experience from start to finish.
We’re looking for someone who is positive, organized, coachable, and driven to grow both personally and professionally.
Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing Requirements
- Must currently possess or be willing to obtain:
- Michigan Property & Casualty License
- Michigan Life & Health License

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting clients with policy questions, billing concerns, payments, claims guidance, and coverage changes
- Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and follow-up
- Work closely with our sales team and insurance carriers to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer records and policy information
- Develop and strengthen referral relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, and other local business partners
- Identify opportunities to help customers better protect what matters most through additional insurance solutions
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
