What You’ll Do

• Work warm, inbound leads (no cold-call lists)

• Sell high-demand products including Auto, Home, and Life

• Build real client relationships and close business consistently

• Learn proven sales systems used by a top-performing agency

• Receive direct coaching and feedback from an experienced agency owner

• Prepare to launch your own Farmers agency in as little as 12 months

Requirements
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the capability to engage effectively with both clients and colleagues.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and precision in managing paperwork and executing administrative duties is crucial.
  • Demonstrates initiative and a keen desire for advancement within the insurance field.
  • Capable of fostering effective teamwork and fostering a constructive workplace atmosphere.
  • Readiness to acquire necessary licenses.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive prospecting, networking, and referral development
  • Evaluate client insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions that align with their goals
  • Educate clients on insurance products, services, and policy features to support informed decision-making
  • Process policy applications, endorsements, and claims requests with accuracy and efficiency
  • Consistently meet or exceed agency sales goals and performance expectations
