What You’ll Do
• Work warm, inbound leads (no cold-call lists)
• Sell high-demand products including Auto, Home, and Life
• Build real client relationships and close business consistently
• Learn proven sales systems used by a top-performing agency
• Receive direct coaching and feedback from an experienced agency owner
• Prepare to launch your own Farmers agency in as little as 12 months

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
