We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who brings maturity, reliability, and a desire to grow within a professional environment. This is not a cold-calling or outbound sales position. You will work with an established client base, providing high-level service, guidance, and follow-through. As your knowledge and confidence grow, you will expand into coverage reviews, life insurance support, and referral-driven growth opportunities.

• Willing and able to obtain Property & Casualty insurance licenses (Training and financial support provided)
• Prior experience in customer service, banking, finance, sales, or insurance is beneficial but not required
• Candidates with existing Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses are strongly encouraged to apply

• Deliver professional, timely, and accurate support to existing clients through phone, email, and in-office communication
• Manage policy updates, billing inquiries, underwriting requests, and claims coordination with precision and follow-through
• Assist with client coverage reviews to ensure proper protection for autos, homes, and families
• Support agency growth through internal new business activity, life insurance conversations, referrals, and client advocacy
• Maintain compliant, well-documented records of all client interactions
