Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma (college degree preferred).
  • Licensing: Ability to obtain insurance licenses within a set timeframe.
  • Experience: Sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organization, and tech proficiency.
  • Community Involvement: Interest in networking and local engagement.
  • Growth Mindset: Commitment to career growth, with agency ownership as a goal.
Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Reach out to clients, assess needs, and offer tailored insurance solutions.
  • Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets across various insurance products.
  • Policy Support: Handle policy updates, renewals, and claims assistance.
  • Training & Development: Participate in training and receive one-on-one mentorship with the agency owner.
  • Community Presence: Represent the agency at local events and network within the community.
  • Operational Support: Assist with daily agency operations to learn agency management.
  • Path to Ownership: Gradually take on responsibilities aimed at preparing for agency ownership.
