Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Sales-Driven Mindset: Passionate about helping clients protect what matters most.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
  • Ambitious & Goal-Oriented: Motivated to advance into agency ownership.
  • Self-Motivated: Thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Licensing: Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain).
  • Sales Experience: Preferred but not required—comprehensive training provided.
  • Education: At least a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Continuous Learner: Eager to participate in ongoing professional growth.
