Salary Range: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

• Licensed General Lines - Property & Casualty.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably insurance or financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and experience.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be coachable, and work under pressure.
• Bilingual skills for effective communication with diverse customer base.
• Be capable of handling customer rejections.
• Must be skilled at typing (60+ wpm).
• Must enjoy talking with people and be confident on the phone.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (a background check will be performed).
• Must have reliable transportation

• Answering the phone and routing calls.
• Billing services.
• Handling customer claims.
• Calling customers and vendors to acquire documentation.
• Adding/Removing vehicles and/or drivers.
• Reviewing policies at renewal.
• Retention specialist.
• Cross-selling current clients for other lines of business.
• Sending and confirming cancellations with other insurance companies.
• Lienholder and mortgagee updates.
• Scanning and filing.
• Any other administrative tasks as directed by management.
