You will need to be licensed for General Lines Property & Casualty and General Lines Life & Health in the State of Texas. We offer free study guides for the exams.

Salary Range: $62,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements

·      Previous experience in sales, preferably insurance or financial services.

·      Must be licensed with General Lines Property & Casualty and General Lines Life & Health in TX or willing to attain both licenses in next 30 days.

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies.

·      Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

·      Flexibility to work in both office and outside sales environments.

·      Professional phone/email/text etiquette.

·      Works well with other employees and is a team player.

·      Driven and goal-oriented individual.

Responsibilities

·      Develop and maintain relationships with clients to generate new business opportunities.

·      Conduct insurance quotes, sales presentations, and close sales.

·      Solicit new business opportunities by telephone, networking, and other lead sources.

·      Develop networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

·      Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.

·      Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products accordingly.

·      Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

·      Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.

·      Utilize sales techniques to generate new business.
