We are hiring high-energy Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate opportunities through outbound calling and set appointments for our agents while representing some of the most recognized insurance brands in the industry.

This is a production-driven role inside a top 1% Farmers Insurance agency. The standard is high, and so is the opportunity.

Daily expectations include 200–400 outbound dials or a minimum of 12 qualified transfers per day. This is not a passive role—performance, consistency, and activity are everything.

We provide hands-on training, proven scripts, and real-time coaching, but success comes down to your work ethic, mindset, and ability to execute.

Top performers earn fast-track advancement opportunities into roles such as Sales Leader, Onboarding Specialist, Customer Service Representative, Protégé, and Licensed Insurance Agent.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $67,500.00 per year

Requirements

Required*

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to read and speak English fluently
  • Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of operation including the training period
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem solving and negotiation
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
Responsibilities

Essential Duties*

  1. Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner
  2. Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues all while building rapport
  3. Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks
  4. Accurately document and process customer claims in appropriate systems
  5. Follow all required scripts, policies, and procedures
  6. Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions
  7. Comply with requirements surrounding confidential information and personal information
  8. Appropriately escalate customer issues with the managerial team
  9. Ensure first call resolution through problems solving and effective call handling
  10. Attend meetings and training and review all new training material to stay up-to-date on changes to program knowledge, systems, and processes
  11. Adhere to all attendance and work schedule requirements
