Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

• Manage inbound customer calls to assist with policy inquiries, updates, and service-related questions.Process customer policy change requests.
• Utilize your knowledge of insurance products to provide accurate and efficient service.
• Stay informed on product offerings and industry regulations to provide accurate information.
• Conduct high volume outbound calls to follow up with customers and ensure their needs are met.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
