Job Overview
Rosell Insurance Agency is looking for an experienced, Personal Lines Account Manager.
This is not a "corporate insurance agency". Here, you are part of a team!
Manage a book of business, help clients and laugh with colleagues throughout the day.
Must have a great personality, like people and know a thing or two about insurance. Simple enough?
Salary Range: $54,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Must currently possess an active New Jersey Property and Casualty License
- 4+ years as a Personal Lines Account Manager
- Experience in Agency Management Systems
- Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player!
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business (based on an agency alpha-split)
- Build relationships with clients, colleagues and carrier partners.
- Laugh, even at the bad jokes, throughout the day.
- Generate insurance proposals and applications.
- Help clients.
