Salary Range: $54,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• Must currently possess an active New Jersey Property and Casualty License
• 4+ years as a Personal Lines Account Manager
• Experience in Agency Management Systems
• Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player!

• Manage a book of business (based on an agency alpha-split)
• Build relationships with clients, colleagues and carrier partners.
• Laugh, even at the bad jokes, throughout the day.
• Generate insurance proposals and applications.
• Help clients.
