Salary Range: $54,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Must currently possess an active New Jersey Property and Casualty License
- 4+ years as a Personal Lines Account Manager
- Experience in Agency Management Systems
- Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve.
- Ambitious and goal-oriented
- Works well with other employees and is a team player!
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business (based on an agency alpha-split)
- Build relationships with prospective clients and schedule appointments.
- Educate and advise clients on insurance policies that best suits their needs.
- Generating insurance quotes and closing sales.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
