Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong communication and people skills, you're great with homeowners!
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn the roofing & insurance process
- Ability to work outdoor/field-based sales
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs (training provided)
- Build strong relationships with customers and earn their trust
- Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and local networking
- Guide customers through the insurance claim process when needed
- Work closely with our team to ensure projects run smoothly
- Deliver excellent customer service from inspection to job completion
