As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will help grow our local agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships in the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
Must obtain the insurance license, and we pay the fees.
Offer products such as Home, Auto, Business, and Life Insurance
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
Understanding prospects' needs and identifying sales opportunities
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
Staying informed about competing products and services
Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team
Additionally, you will handle policy renewals and support clients with claims. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is crucial, often involving networking and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
