Requirements

Licensing: Must hold an active Florida Property & Casualty 440 License.

Experience: Prior experience in auto insurance sales or a related field is desirable.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Policy Advising: Offer expert guidance on suitable auto insurance plans tailored to individual client requirements.

Lead Handling: Proactively manage incoming leads and client queries to convert them into successful sales.

In-Person Consultations: Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to provide personalized service and solutions.

Portfolio Expansion: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional State Farm insurance products to enhance client portfolios.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to all State Farm insurance regulations and industry standards.
