This on-site position involves engaging directly with customers, where you'll be tasked with understanding their needs and ensuring they receive impeccable service. Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the insurance industry.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer concerns and provide solutions promptly with help and direction from the leadership team.

Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a team while also being capable of taking initiative.

Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with basic office software.

Customer Focus: A dedicated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support.

Organized: Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Reliable and dependable, as a small Family-owned business, we expect and need our team to be present and available to serve our clients.

Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, assisting them with insurance-related queries.

Policy Management: Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients concerning policy changes, renewals, and claims.

Document Processing: Handle and document customer interactions as well as follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met efficiently.

Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues related to policies or insurance claims in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction with a supportive leadership team.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure continued satisfaction and policy renewals.
