Requirements
  • The candidate must have a Property & Casualty Insurance license.
  • 1-3 Years of Personal Lines experience. Independent agency experience preferred. 
  • Solid computer and technical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Ability to work independently
  • A team player who is self motivated and driven to succeed. 

 

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing a book of Personal lines clients and polices
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain account retention.
  • Responding to inquiries, problem solving, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Developing insurance quotes and marketing renewals.
  • Rounding accounts
  • Processing endorsements, issuing insurance documentation including RTA's and binders, and assisting customers with claims. 
  • Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and upselling.
