Customer Service Supervisor
Job Overview
The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the customer service department to ensure that every client interaction reflects the company's values and standards. This role involves overseeing team performance, improving service processes, and ensuring the customer experience is positive, efficient, and aligned with overall business goals. The supervisor will collaborate closely with senior leadership to execute customer service strategies and elevate service quality across all touchpoints.
Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.00 per hour

Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish-English.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Property & Casualty License is required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and skills in using CRM.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and resolve conflict within a team
