• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Registered Tax Return Preparer Test completed.
• Registration with the IRS with a valid PTIN.
• Computer skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must ensure confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
