Job Overview
The Professional Services Associate supports clients by delivering high-quality, customized services in areas such as insurance, accounting, taxes, and business consulting. This role ensures a seamless and personalized client experience, helping individuals and businesses navigate financial and regulatory requirements. The associate works closely with team members to maintain service excellence, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.00 per hour

Requirements
Bilingual Spanish-English.
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and skills in using CRM.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Business License and permits
- Create New and Renew Corporations
- Amending/ Creating Articles of Organization and Operating Agreements
- Complete WC Audits
- ITIN new, renewal and follow up on Rejects
- Process IRS and State payments
- Handle corporate and individual taxes, ITIN and Amendments
- Manage tax audits and client needs (IRS communications, issues, concerns)
