• Excellent communication Skills

• High level of experience with Agency Management System (Applied Systems or AMS)

• Client Service and quality control of assigned personal lines clients:
• Policy Reviews
• Changes, Claim Reporting
• Quoting
• Policy Rewrites,
• Account Rounding and new business.
