We're committed to providing our clients with outstanding customer service and support. We're seeking a friendly and reliable Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, answering their questions, and helping them navigate their insurance policies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to help others. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

No previous insurance experience? No problem!

If you possess excellent customer service skills and are enthusiastic about learning and mastering new things, we strongly encourage you to apply for this entry-level opportunity. Your previous experience in another industry would be a definite plus. We are willing to train you for a successful career in the insurance industry. Entry-level applicants can expect a base salary of $40,000. With bonuses, may make up to $65,000 per year.

If you are an experienced insurance customer service representative looking for a new opportunity, this is the place for you. You must have an active Property and Casualty License and experience in the insurance industry. Experienced applicants can expect a base salary of $55,000. With bonuses, may make up to $80,000 per year.

Requirements
  • Pennsylvania Property and Casualty License is required. We will pay for licensing 100%.
  • 1+ years of proven success in customer service. Personal lines and Life Insurance experience a BONUS.
  • 1+ years experience working in an office environment. Multi-line phone systems, data entry, phone work.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer software.
  • Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
  • Displays the highest level of technical and cognitive abilities to ensure accuracy and precision
  • Tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations with empathy.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to create a loyal customer base.
  • Assist clients in navigating their insurance policies and answering any questions.
  • Process policy changes and updates as requested by clients.
  • Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns.
  • Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell/account rounding.
  • Keep accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
  • Issue and distribute insurance documentation such as certificates of insurance (COI), ID cards, and policy endorsements.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
