Requirements

Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in insurance or a similar high-commission field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport.

A strong desire to help people and provide exceptional customer service.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve financial success.

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

Familiarity with insurance products and sales processes is a plus, but not required.

Life and Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain one quickly).

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients generated through our proven lead system.

Conduct personalized needs analyses to understand client goals and concerns.

Present tailored insurance solutions, clearly explaining benefits and coverage options.
