Requirements
We're Looking For:
- Licensed insurance agents (P&C and/or Life/Health strongly preferred), 2 years of experience required
- Top producers or rising stars who want to be among the best

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through needs-based conversations and personalized service.
- Sell and cross-sell insurance products (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, etc.) that meet client needs and protect what matters most.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing efforts, referrals, purchased live and web leads, and walk-ins.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide coverage recommendations to ensure clients are fully protected as their lives change.
- Meet and exceed sales goals set collaboratively with leadership, with full support to hit them.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, applications, and follow-up activity in the CRM.
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development to grow personally and professionally.
- Represent the agency brand and values with integrity and professionalism in all client and community interactions
