Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in people�s lives. As our newest insurance sales representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows. The office is located in Centerville, Ohio but if you are P&C licensed in the U.S you can work fully remote.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensed Insurance Sales Producer Requirements:

  • Property & Casualty license is required
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • Must be highly self-motivated.
  • A terrific presenter and communicator, and a barracuda closer.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Career minded vision.
  • Problem-Solving Capabilities.
  • Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • Successful sales background.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
  • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
  • Be capable of handling customer rejection.
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
  • Interested in a sales career
Responsibilities

Licensed Insurance Sales Producer Requirements:

  • Property & Casualty license is not required we will help
  • 1-2 years of insurance experience is required
  • Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas
  • Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people�s lives
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening.
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be motivated and determined
