Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural-born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in people�s lives. As our newest insurance sales representative, you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative, you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows. The office is located in Centerville, Ohio, but if you are P&C licensed in the U.S. you can work partially remote.
Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Requirements
Licensed Insurance Sales Producer Requirements:
- Property & Casualty license is required
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- A terrific presenter and communicator, and a barracuda closer.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Career-minded vision.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Successful sales background.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
- Interested in a sales career
Responsibilities
Licensed Insurance Sales Producer Requirements:
- A property & Casualty license is required we will help
- 1-2 years of insurance experience is required
- Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas
- Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people's lives
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior.
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening.
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be motivated and determined
