As an Agent Apprentice, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth by offering top-tier insurance solutions to our valued clients. You'll be guided by an experienced mentor as you sharpen your skills, gain in-depth industry knowledge, and learn the essentials of running a successful agency.
Working with warm leads, you'll assess individual insurance needs and deliver customized recommendations, combining your product knowledge with sharp sales instincts.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on results and enjoys building lasting customer relationships. Prior experience or familiarity with insurance is a strong advantage and can help you make an immediate impact.
Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Sales Experience: Previous sales experience preferred; insurance sales experience is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are essential.
Motivation: Highly motivated and results-driven mindset.
Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Licensing Requirement: Must obtain P&C and L&H in PA within a given time frame. Training and Licensing is Paid for by District Office
