Requirements

A Few Things We Need From You

1. Able to manage marketing & sales funnels while leading a sales team, overseeing operations, budgeting, planning & staffing.

2. Insurance experience is a plus (not required), but willingness to learn is essential (training provided).

3. Resourceful, intuitive, and coachable; Self-starter with urgency and strong work ethic, with desire to engage the community and assist with insurance needs.
