We’re hiring an Insurance Agent Trainee to join our team. You’ll gain hands-on experience and build lasting client relationships in this role while learning the inner-workings of being an Insurance Agency Owner. First-year earnings range from $50,000 to $80,000+, combining base pay, commission, and bonuses. You’ll receive expert mentorship, a clear career path, and the satisfaction of building something meaningful with a team that invests in your long-term success.

Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or entrepreneurship
- Self-driven with a strong desire to grow professionally and financially
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed to ongoing learning, development, and long-term success
- A state insurance license is a bonus; we will train you if you don't have one!
Responsibilities
- Learn and represent the full suite of Farmers Insurance products
- Build relationships with both company-provided and self-generated leads
- Participate in one-on-one coaching and hands-on training with experienced agents
- Create and refine a business plan that supports your path to agency ownership
- Deliver personalized insurance solutions that meet the needs of individuals and businesses
