Job Overview

This position is an entry level starting point for an insurance agency office manager. The goal is to learn the wide range of duties our managers handle on a daily basis to get you prepared for one of our office manager roles

Salary Range: $36,000.00 per year

Requirements

No insurance license or experience necessary. Must be able to obtain a California Property and Casualty license within 90 days. Must be a fast learner, coachable and be able to troubleshoot and solve problems without extensive help

Responsibilities

Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • new agent and producer onboarding
  • daily training for new and existing producers
  • agency service work tied to new business and renewal policies
  • monitoring and adjusting of lead volumes, drip campaigns and pipelines
