In this role, you will work with warm, pre-qualified leads provided by the company—no cold calling required. You’ll be responsible for guiding clients through coverage options, closing sales, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Must reside in the United States

Previous sales experience (insurance sales preferred but not required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Access to a personal computer and headset suitable for remote work

Contact and follow up with company-provided leads in a timely manner

Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options

Identify client needs and recommend appropriate policies

Quote, present, and close insurance policies

Maintain accurate records of client interactions in company systems

Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Stay up to date on Illinois insurance regulations and product offerings
