We are seeking an Assistant Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our lead agent to support new business development and client service. This position offers a base salary based on experience, with the potential to earn between $35,000 and $50,000 per year.

• A current 440 insurance license with at least 3 years of experience working with commercial clients in Florida.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience working with Nexsure or a similar management system is a plus.
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Collaborate with the lead agent to write profitable new business in a timely, accurate manner.
• Ensure all client information is entered into Nexsure, our management system, efficiently and accurately.
• Process Certificates of Insurance (COI) and handle invoicing for clients.
• Assist the commercial agent with gathering necessary information, completing applications, and liaising with underwriters.
• Review quotes and policies for accuracy and completeness.
