Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain a positive relationship with clients.
Problem Solving: Ability to quickly and effectively resolve customer issues and concerns.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in documenting client interaction and handling policy information.
Tech Usage: Proficiency with computers and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a team, handling tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
Client Support: Provide prompt and accurate assistance to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to insurance policies.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and suggest constructive changes.
