Requirements
  • Licensed in Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health in the State of Georgia
  • Resident of Georgia
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex information in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual preferred)
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing environments
  • Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Ability to handle sales administration tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward helping clients achieve their goals

Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and networking events
  • Promote insurance products and services effectively
  • Support sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining documentation
  • Participate in telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and set appointments for future consultations
  • Develop negotiation skills by discussing policy options and pricing with clients to close sales effectively
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and ensuring client satisfaction
