• Active Georgia Life Insurance License (General Lines Life, Accident, Health, HMO)
• 6+ months experience presenting life insurance products in live settings
• Strong interpersonal and consultative sales skills
• Dependable transportation to travel to agency locations within the territory

• Work directly with existing agency clients to identify life insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Educate clients on coverage options including term, whole, and universal life insurance products
• Build strong relationships with Farmers agents and their staff to become the go-to life insurance resource
• Develop and execute strategies to grow life production within partnered agencies
• Maintain compliance with state and carrier regulations, and ensure all policies are written ethically and accurately
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and development programs
