As a full-time Agency Owner you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their insurance plans for their futures. We offer award-winning training through the University of Farmers, unlimited income potential, and the opportunity to pass on your legacy to your family!

Farmers is dedicated to finding the right fit for our company. We require highly motivated individuals willing to invest their time and energy into creating a profitable and rewarding business. You must have a desire to succeed, conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity, and have an independent spirit and strong work ethic. We look for candidates with a strong track record of success in a sales-oriented, marketing, or business development background.

We support our agents, and beginning your journey you will receive a $5K signing bonus, monthly marketing stipend of $500, up to 300% monthly bonus on all commissions, $6K for exterior branding, and much more!
