Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Qualifications


  • Sales experience preferred, but not required


  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills



  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed



  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team



  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and phone communication



  • Property & Casualty License (will help obtain)



  • Life & Health License (will help obtain)

Responsibilities


  • Prospect and generate new business through calls, networking, referrals, and community outreach


  • Develop relationships with clients and provide customized insurance solutions


  • Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products


  • Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline


  • Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage needs and cross-sell opportunities


  • Deliver excellent customer service before and after the sale


  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations


  • Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking
