• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work regular office hours and occasional overtime, if needed.

• Greet clients in a warm and friendly manner, making them feel welcome and valued.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about our insurance policies and coverage options.
• Assist clients with policy-related matters, including payments, claims, and changes to existing policies.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, organizing paperwork, and maintaining client records.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.
• Help with client inquiries which include payments and change requests.
