Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active PA Financial Services License is required.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in financial services or a related role.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage complex financial information with accuracy.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.

Financial Planning: Provide personalized financial advice and solutions on a variety of products including insurance, investments, and retirement planning.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about financial services products, regulations, and market trends to offer the best advice.

Client Support: Address queries and concerns efficiently, providing excellent customer service that ensures client satisfaction and loyalty.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with company standards.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to client service and satisfaction.
